
Home. The one word that describes these sweet treats for me. Comfort food. The sweetness… the saltiness… the crunch… it’s the perfect treat! Candied Pecans always satisfy all of my cravings. Perfection. Pecans also have awesome health benefits including: they are heart-healthy, improve digestion, anti-inflammatory, boosts immunity, stimulate hair growth, prevent skin problems, anti-aging benefits, and prevent hair loss. Aaron and I are obsessed with them and we make them all the time.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Pecan Halves Fisher Nuts
- 1 cup Monk Fruit Golden Health Garden
- 1 tbsp Organic Ground Cinnamon Spicely Organics
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt San Francisco Salt Company
- 1 Organic Egg White Happy Egg Co
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.
- Whisk egg white in a separate bowl until frothy. Toss pecans in the egg white mixture. Mix sugar mixture into pecan mixture until pecans are evenly coated. Spread coated pecans onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until pecans are evenly browned, about 1 hour.
