Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic Butter Lettuce Melissa's Produce

- 1/2 cup Organic Heirloom Tomatos Melissa's Produce
- 1 cup Organic Strawberries, Sliced Melissa's Produce
- 1/4 cup Organic Sweet Peppers Melissa's Produce
- 1/2 Organic Avacado Melissa's Produce
- 1/4 cup Organic Red Onion Melissa's Produce
- 1/4 cup Organic Mini Cucumbers Melissa's Produce
- 1 tsp Organic Garlic Powder Spicely Organics
- 1 tsp Organic Onion Powder Spicely Organics
- 1 tsp Organic Black Sesame Seeds Spicely Organics

Pistachio Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Fresh Organic Lemon Juice Melissa's Produce
- 1/4 Organic Red Onion Melissa's Produce
- 1 tbsp Fresh Organic Terregon Melissa' Produce
- 1 tbsp Organic Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Monk Fruit Classic Health Garden
- 3 tsp Organic Dijon Mustard Organicville
- 1 tsp Himalyan Pink Salt San Franciso Salt Company
- 1 tsp Organic Black Peppercorn Spicely Organics
- 1 25oz Pistachip Butter Raw Package The Pistachio Factory
- 3/4 cup Organic Olive Oil Garcia Del La Cruz
Instructions
Pistachio Vinaigrette
- Process lemon juice, chopped shallot, chopped fresh tarragon, red wine vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth. With blender running, add olive oil in a slow, steady stream, processing until smooth. Turn off blender; add pistachio butter, and pulse until blended.
