I don’t think I have ever seen our son more excited… then when we told him we were having meatballs for dinner! His day WAS MADE! Haha! Of course as mentioned before, he can’t resist anything with tomato sauce. He is OBSESSED with tomatoes in ANY FORM! We like to enjoy meatballs by themselves, without the pasta. We are able to enjoy MORE that way! Haha! This turkey meatball recipe is pretty perfect! The combination of texture mixed with flavor can’t be is AWESOME! I have created several different turkey meatball recipes, but this one is my favorite. It’s simple and to the point! And I love to throw together a good homemade marinara sauce. I find it a little fun to be honest! Haha! I won’t ever buy it in a can or jar. It is WAY too easy to make and it eliminates all the added oils, sugar, and salt. Do you have a special meatball recipe to share? I would love to hear it!
