Sushi. One of my guilty pleasures! Haha! But, once I decided to remove the grains from my diet, it eliminated most of my favorite sushi rolls. However, I was always a sucker for a hand roll! And even better, one PACKED with fresh seafood! Any kind of seafood! Hand rolls are more enjoyable to eat and they fill me up faster! However, sometimes I can get a little out of hand, and I never want to stop eating them. Haha! They are so addicting! Are you a sushi person? How do you feel about hand rolls? And what do you like in your hand roll? This recipe is AWESOME! It’s super simple and the flavors are NUTS! Try it! Let me know what you think!
